We purchased an estates spec home from Five Star Homes this spring. Overall, the process was quite smooth and all of their representatives we dealt with were professional and very responsive. Even if it was a spec home, they used premium upgrades throughout the house including basement. All of the fixtures and finishes were comparable to their showhome. We hired a third party inspector prior to releasing all the conditions and he was impressed with the quality of work and it exceeds the city code requirement. We had minor issues post move that were promptly dealt with and all of their trades responded within 24 hours. Bhanu, the project manager, has been great to deal with and we appreciate his prompt communication. I would definitely recommend Five Star Homes to our friends and family.
