While the home was delayed for several months due to factors beyond Five Star’s control, the overall experience was positive. Throughout the process, the customer service provided by Five Star was excellent, and the entire journey was relatively stress-free.
As a first-time homebuyer, I had many questions and concerns, and Five Star was very understanding and patient in addressing them. Their team took the time to explain things clearly, which I truly appreciated.
The quality of the home is impressive, with features and finishes that go beyond what many other builders might offer, in order for those other builders to cut costs. It’s evident that Five Star builds high-end homes. While there were a few minor workmanship issues, they were addressed quickly and efficiently once brought to their attention. Since taking possession, any additional concerns we’ve encountered have been handled with ease and in a timely manner.
Bhanu, the project manager, was particularly great to work with. He was always responsive and proactive in addressing any issues, concerns, or questions I had.
